Executive Chef Chris Garrett works hard to ensure we consistently provide a high quality, varied menu at every match.
Chris Garrett first learnt his trade in the Royal Air Force, rising up the ranks to a VIP chef where he cooked for both the Royal family and various visiting dignitaries and Heads of State.
Upon leaving the armed services, Chris became head chef at Newmarket racecourse, then at the new Wembley stadium along with the Emirates stadium at Arsenal Football Club, helping create the culinary offer in the exclusive Diamond Club where he worked alongside top French chef Raymond Blanc.
From there he joined the Kia Oval Cricket Ground as executive head chef and has now joined us here at Chelsea Football Club as executive head chef of Levy Restaurants.
