Premier League Away Matches

Procedure

To apply for Barclays Premier League Away tickets, an expression of interest form will need to be completed specifying which matches would like to be attended. This form is automatically sent to all seasonal clients at the beginning of the season however there is the option to request the form at any point after this.

Completed forms should be submitted by 18/07/16 in order to be considered for the first away match of the season. Once the form has been received and processed a confirmation email will be sent outlining what will happen next.

Eligible Number of Tickets

Successful applicants will be eligible to purchase one ticket per hospitality season ticket held, up to a maximum of 4 (For multiple season tickets). There is the option to apply for additional tickets for a particular match however these cannot be guaranteed. If this is required contact your account manager.

Amendments or Cancellations

Applications are able to be amended or cancelled up until 6 weeks before the date of the particular FA Premier League away match. After this time and once tickets have been paid for there is a no cancelation policy on tickets unless there is demand from other hospitality clients or the date of the fixture changes. In instances where applications are amended or cancelled the loyalty status will be updated accordingly.

Payment Information

All Premier League away tickets will need to be paid for via the CFC hospitality online payment system, detailed on page 7 of this document.

Post start of season application

There is the option to register an interest for away matches after the season has started. In order to do so an expression of interest form will need to be requested, completed and returned to the hospitality department. This can be done by contacting your account manager.

Domestic Cup Away Matches (FA Cup & League Cup)

Procedure

As and when away Domestic Cup away matches are announced, annual hospitality season ticket holders will be contacted and given the opportunity to register an interest for tickets.

Tickets will be allocated on a loyalty basis as per the loyalty scheme detailed on page 12 of this document

The timeline for expressing an interest will be specific for each match however after the cut-off date no more tickets will be allocated.

Payment Information

All Domestic Cup away tickets will need to be paid for via the CFC hospitality online payment system detailed on page 7 of this document.

CFC Hospitality – Online Payment System.

As of the beginning of the 2014/15 season no credit card information will not be stored on file here at Chelsea Football Club. To combat this we have introduced an online payment system where all successful applications can be paid for safely and securely.

Once payment has been completed a confirmation email will be sent out confirming your purchase. The tickets will subsequently be delivered to address supplied upon application.

Payment Timings

Once the confirmation email has been sent clients will have until the time detailed to log in online and purchase their tickets. If tickets are not paid for in this time then a reminder email will be sent. If still no reply the tickets will be resold or returned to the box office and the loyalty status will be updated accordingly.

Match Payment Plan

If applying for all 19 Premier League away matches then the option of a payment plan is available. This will need to be applied for before the 18/07/2016

You will need to commit to all 19 Premier League away matches. There are no refunds available once you have signed to the scheme.

Loyalty System Overview

All away tickets will be allocated on a loyalty basis to those that commit to travel to the most away matches throughout the season.

Priority for the more popular away matches will go to hospitality season ticket holders who have applied for the highest number of away matches. We will also take into consideration any additional away cup matches you apply for throughout the season.

Therefore, if you have applied for 19 Premier League away matches and subsequently register an interest for an upcoming away cup match during the season then your application will be updated, should you be successful in your request

If you have registered an interest for all 19 Premier League away matches at the start of the season and your circumstances change, meaning you cannot attend one of the matches, then your application will be updated accordingly.

When allocating tickets for away matches only previous away match tickets, confirmed and purchased, are taken into account.

Unsuccessful applications

If you have not applied for the relevant number of matches and are unsuccessful in your application then you will be kept on a reserve list and in the event of additional tickets being allocated, or us receiving any returns, you may be contacted and offered tickets. In this instance you are under no obligation to purchase the tickets.
