For our matchday dining we work exclusively with Levy Restaurants, who are part of Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a group of passionate restaurateurs, the team at Levy Restaurants are focused on celebrating food and creating memorable dining experiences for all of our guests at Stamford Bridge.
Executive Chef Chris Garrett works hard to ensure we deliver a high quality and varied menu at every match to provide a unique dining experience each time.
Chris Garrett began his training at the Royal Air Force, honing his craft to rise up the ranks to become a VIP chef. In this role he cooked for the Royal family and various dignitaries visiting Heads of State.
After leaving the armed services, Chris accepted a role as Head Chef at Newmarket racecourse, before moving on to the new Wembley Stadium, and the Emirates stadium at Arsenal Football Club. Here he helped to create the culinary offering in the exclusive Diamond Club, working alongside top chef Raymond Blanc.
From there he became executive head chef at Kia Oval Cricket Ground, before joining us here as executive head chef of Levy Restaurants at Chelsea Football Club.
