Meet the team who make sure you enjoy high quality dining at every matchday.
Michalis began his UK career in 1999, studying Hospitality Management, before completing an MBA in Hospitality in 2003.
He then took on various operational and market development management roles in the hospitality industry in many renowned establishments including: the Radisson Edwardian Hotel, Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa, HM Treasury and HMRC.
Michalis began the role at Stamford Bride in September 2007 as Head of Operations overseeing the hospitality and events department for Levy Restaurants. After going back to his home country of Greece to complete his military service, Michalis returned to Chelsea and worked his way up the ranks to establish himself as the General Manager of Levy Restaurants.
Having spent over fourteen years in the Hospitality Industry, Michalis has proven to be a leader in innovation. With his hard work and leadership, combined with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, he has continued to make significant improvements to the hospitality operation at Chelsea FC.
Learning his trade as part of the Royal Air Force, Chris Garrett worked his way up the ranks to become a VIP Chef, preparing food for the Royal family and visiting dignitaries.
His career has seen him perform the role of Head Chef at Newmarket racecourse, Wembley Stadium, and with Arsenal Football Club at the Emirates stadium. At the Emirates he worked alongside one of the world’s more respected and decorated chefs, Raymond Blanc.
Before joining us at Stamford Bridge as an Executive Chef in October 2011, Chris worked at the Kia Oval Cricket Ground. Chris’ impressive record is testimony to his hard work, dedicated and passion for food. He has elevated the quality of the menus at Stamford Bridge to an exceptional standard, whilst maintaining his pledge to sourcing and working with fresh British produce.
