What’s the best way to get to Stamford Bridge?

Do you have parking available at Stamford Bridge?
When travelling on a matchday, we recommend the use of public transport. There is no parking available at Stamford Bridge on a matchday, and local areas require resident permits.
The nearest public car park is located approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the stadium, at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital. The closest tube station is Fulham Broadway, which is on the District Line. Stamford Bridge is approximately 200 yards from the station.
Where can I arrange to be dropped off and collected?
The road closes at least one hour before kick-off and does not re-open until one hour after final whistle. Prior to this, guests can either be dropped off at the Tesco Metro petrol station or at Fulham Broadway tube station. There is no pick-up point or parking at the ground itself.
THE MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE
What time do the doors open for hospitality?
For weekend matches, all hospitality suites open two-and-a-half hours prior to kick-off. For weekday matches, hospitality suites open at 5.30pm.
The exceptions to this are UTB Sports Lounge, which opens three hours prior to kick-off on weekend matches, and Matchdays @ The Museum, which opens five hours prior to kick-off, unless otherwise stated. Opening times for evening weekday matches remain the same.
For early kick-off fixtures, brunch will be served. Alcohol is served from 10am and bars will close one hour after the final whistle. While we will always endeavour to accommodate late arrivals, please note that we cannot guarantee a hot meal should you arrive later than half an hour prior to kick-off.

What entrance do I use to access my suite?
To ensure a smooth entrance to your hospitality experience, please use the correct entrance to access your suite. This is written on your seasonal card or ticket and is listed below:

How long before the match is food served in the hospitality areas on matchdays?
Food is served at your leisure upon arrival in your hospitality suite, however we cannot guarantee a hot meal if you or your guests arrive any later that half an hour prior to kick off. .
Where are the hospitality seats located in the stadium?
Your exact seat location depends on the package you have booked, however all hospitality seats are located in either the East Stand middle tier, West Stand middle tier or the West Stand upper tier.
Is there anywhere to store suitcases or large bags at Stamford Bridge?
No. Only personal handbags which will remain with you are permitted within the stadium.
Are children able to attend matched unsupervised?
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
HOSPITALITY DRESS CODE
What is the dress code?
In most hospitality areas at Stamford Bridge we operate a smart casual dress code, the only exception to this is children under the age of 12.
Smart jeans and trainers are permitted. Tracksuits, shorts, offensive t-shirts, away club colours and any football shirts are not permitted in these suites. Wearing such items may result in refusal of entry.
The following suites are exempt from the restriction on football shirts, however the other items listed above are not acceptable: Captain’s Bar, Manager’s Bar, Centenary Club, Champions’ Club and The Museum.
No football shirts are permitted in UTB Sports Lounge.
Is there anywhere to smoke during the match?
In accordance with Smokefree England, it is against the law to smoke anywhere inside the stadium at Stamford Bridge. This includes the use of e-cigarettes.
May I leave the grounds for a short while and come back?
No, for security and safety reasons there is no re-admittance once you have entered the ground.
May I bring guests who support away teams?
Your hospitality facility and match seats are in a Chelsea home area. Whilst we do welcome visiting supporters, please ensure guests refrain from wearing away club colours including scarves,and are not seen openly supporting the away team as they will be liable to be refused entry to the stadium or ejected without compensation. Visiting supporters are therefore advised to act discreetly.

Do you have to be a member or season ticket holder to purchase hospitality tickets?
No, hospitality tickets are available for purchase by everyone.
How far in advance can I purchase hospitality tickets?
Hospitality tickets for all matches go on sale at the beginning of the season.
Do I receive loyalty points as a member if I choose to purchase match-by-match hospitality tickets?
Yes, all you need to do is quote your membership number at the time of booking.
If you make an online booking please ensure you enter the same details as your membership. If you want to book online under two different membership numbers the booking need to be processed separately.

How do I become an Annual hospitality ticket member?

How many people does a box hold?
Boxes range from four to twenty four people in capacity and are sold seasonally. If you wish to enquire a box for next season you can either email or call our Box Account Manager on 0207 915 2961.
