New Applications

Further details regarding new applications will follow soon.

We understand that for a variety of reasons, supporters may be using season tickets in the names of other people to access the stadium. For safety and security purposes, we are asking supporters to ensure that the correct names are associated with their tickets for the coming season.

During this season’s renewal window, we are offering an ‘amnesty’, where supporters can perform a name change and ensure that they are paying the correct pricing category for their ticket prior to renewal with no associated penalties or charges.

To request a name change, email tickets@chelseafc.com to obtain a name change form before renewing your season ticket. Submit the completed form, along with a letter explaining the rationale for the name change, before the renewal window closes.

Following this amnesty period, supporters who are found to be entering the stadium with a ticket of the incorrect category can expect to receive sanctions in line with the club’s ticketing Conditions of Use.

At this time, please note that season ticket holders can only request a move for the following reasons:

  1.
  2. Supporters who sit in the East Stand lower tier family section and need to move as they have passed the permitted age to remain in the area
  3. Supporters who have a medical condition and wish to be relocated (please note that medical documentation needs to be provided as part of this move request).
  4.

Supporters who fall into one of the above categories or require a name change on their season ticket should email tickets@chelseafc.com

Yes, Chelsea Football Club runs an in-house ticket exchange that you can access through your Chelsea FC Official Ticketing Platform.

Yes, on the new ticketing platform you can use the "Network" feature, which was previously called Friends and Family, to manage tickets for multiple ticket holders. These connections have been imported from the old ticketing platform so should show if you click the profile icon, View Account Menu and then select Network.

As with previous years all season ticket holders need to have their own email address so if the other accounts do not show here then use the Add Supporters button under Network to add their details. Then each individual season ticket holder should log into their ticketing account and under the Manage section, grant permission for the person wishing to renew the ticket to manage their tickets.

Requests can be made from one account to another for this change to be made by selecting 'I can MANAGE tickets forNAME’ and clicking 'SAVE', in which case an email will be received by the other account holder in the Network.

It may take a few minutes for additional season tickets to appear as available to renew.

You can find more details in our How to Create a Network Guide.

If you are changing your mailing address or phone number, you can do this directly on the site by clicking on the Account icon on the top right corner, clicking the ‘View Account’ tab at the bottom’, then clicking ‘Account Management’ and then ‘Account Details’.

New season tickets for the 2026/27 season will be issued to those at the top of the season ticket waitlist. The purpose of the waitlist is to ensure we consider longer-term loyalty in the allocation of new season tickets, as opposed to single-season attendance. To be eligible for the waitlist you must have either the True Blue or Junior Blue Membership and will need to renew these annually to maintain your position. Chelsea FC Stadium Tours last for approximately one hour but access to the Museum is also included in your ticket, so you should allow yourself a two-hour visit onsite. The museum can be enjoyed both before and/or after the tour and includes fantastic green-screen photography moments.

All tours of Chelsea FC are led by an English-speaking tour guide. Our passionate team of guides (many of whom are Chelsea season ticket holders) love welcoming guests from all over the world and ensuring they have an unforgettable, safe and secure experience while at Stamford Bridge.

You will need to check in at the Tour Ticket Desk, inside the Tour & Museum entrance. This is at the rear of the Stamford Bridge site, adjacent to the Matthew Harding Stand.

We always recommend pre-booking, mainly to avoid disappointment.

All tours of Chelsea Football Club feature the home dressing rooms, the press room, the players' tunnel, pitchside, managers' dug-outs and various views from the Matthew Harding Stand, the East Stand and the Shed End.

All tours end in the Chelsea Megastore and all tour tickets include access to the Chelsea Museum which can be enjoyed before and/or after the tour. Each guest receives a free Chelsea FC lanyard as a souvenir of their visit.

Please note that Stamford Bridge is a working building and, on very rare occasions, the tour route may be altered as a consequence. All tours are subject to availability, cancellation and alteration at short notice.

The Stadium Tour is our most popular and most frequent tour, departing several times a day and lasting one hour. This tour is led by an English-speaking tour guide.

The Classic Tour is a more premium, 90-minute tour that departs once a day and features additional items such as match-worn player shirts, boots and gloves and includes a presentation in the museum focusing on the club's fascinating past, trophy-laden present and glorious future.

Finally, our ultimate package, The Legends Tour, sees a Chelsea icon from the past take you on a behind-the-scenes experience while telling stories of their time in a blue shirt. These very special tours are perfect for birthday, Christmas or anniversary presents and run once a month; they also include a photograph with a selection of the club’s trophies on arrival.

If you are part of The Stadium Tour and Museum, The Classic Tour and Museum, or The Legends Tour and Museum, there will be up to 40 people on your tour.

At present, all of our tours are conducted in the English language. Tour+ is available for guests to download on arrival. This provides written descriptions for each stop on the tour in Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese Brazilian, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and Hebrew.

On completion of the booking, you will be sent an e-ticket e-mail confirmation automatically. Occasionally due to technical difficulties, or browser settings, the booking may fail. In this instance please email tours@chelseafc.com - please check your 'Junk Folder' before contacting us.

We do not send out tickets in the post. When your booking is made you will be issued with a reference number, or if you have provided an email address, your e-ticket confirmation will be emailed to you. You will need to bring either of these with you on the day, and your tickets will be issued on arrival.

Address: Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London, SW6 1HS

Stamford Bridge is the most central of the London grounds and is easily accessible by tube (Fulham Broadway on the District Line), by bus (14, 211, 414), and via West Brompton train station.

By Car from the North, East or West:

Use the M25 to take you round to Junction 15 and turn off onto the M4 towards London, follow the M4 which becomes the A4 up to Hammersmith. Stay on it over the Hammersmith Flyover and for a further 1.5 miles before turning off for Earl's Court. Go past Earl's Court Station and down the one-way system until you hit Fulham Road, turn right at the traffic lights. Go straight on for 600 yards and the ground is on your right. Parking is difficult very close to the ground so you may want to look a bit further away.

By Car from the South:

Head for Wandsworth Bridge to cross the river. If using Wandsworth Bridge, cross the river and head straight up Wandsworth Bridge Road. At the junction with New King's Road, turn right and then immediately left. This will take you up to Fulham Broadway, turn right onto Fulham Road and the ground is 400 yards on your left. Parking is difficult very close to the ground so you may want to look a bit further away.

By Train:

The nearest tube station is Fulham Broadway on the District Line. Take the tube to Earl's Court and change for Wimbledon-bound tubes.

Yes, students may purchase a concession ticket for the tour. On arrival, you will need to present a student ID or other supportive document.

Please note this is available for both domestic and international students.

An Official Supporters Club is a group of 20 or more passionate fans who meet up for events and support Chelsea together, wherever they are in the world. They may also visit Stamford Bridge for a match together.

You need to have at least 20 people in your club to reach Official Supporters Club status. There are then four tiers of the club:

Official Supporters Club: 20-99 digital members

Official 100 Supporters Club: 100-499 digital members

Official 500 Supporters Club: 500-999 digital members

Official 1000 Supporters Club: 1,000+ digital members

The number of digital members in an Official Supporters Club will be able to be viewed on the club’s page on the Chelsea mobile app. Currently, the Official Supporters Club section of the app is down while we work on improving it, however, we are aiming to relaunch it at a future date, which is to be confirmed.

The total number of digital members in an Official Supporters Club will count towards that club’s Rewards Status, as well as other factors. More details on the Rewards Scheme will be announced after the relaunch of the Official Supporters Club programme.

If the Official Supporters Club would like access to tickets, they can opt into the Ticketing Scheme too. There are three tiers for the Ticketing Scheme –

Silver – minimum of 50 local True Blue members/season ticket holders (UK), 25 True Blue members/season ticket holders (Europe) & 15 members/season ticket holders (Rest of the World)

Gold - minimum of 70 local True Blue members/season ticket holders (UK), 50 True Blue members/season ticket holders (Europe) & 30 members/season ticket holders (Rest of the World)

Platinum - minimum of 110 local True Blue members/season ticket holders (UK), 70 True Blue members/season ticket holders (Europe) & 50 members/season ticket holders (Rest of the World)

Once the Official Supporters Club programme is back online on the Chelsea mobile app, fans will be able to start and join a club for free, with no charges. All Official Supporters Clubs are automatically enrolled into our Rewards Programme – still at no cost - which rewards clubs as they grow and become more engaged. More details on the Rewards Programme will be released after the relaunch of the Official Supporters Club programme at a date to be confirmed in future.

If you want to become a Ticketing club, there is a one-off £100 fee for the club as a whole. The club secretary for a Ticketing club can then charge their paid members on the ticketing scheme up to £20 each to cover admin costs.

Prices are in GBP for UK, Europe & Rest of the World.

If you are interested in your Official Supporters Club joining the ticketing scheme, please contact scticketapp@chelseafc.com.

We have Official Supporters Clubs all around the world, in more than 100 countries.

A map of official affiliated clubs will be added to the Chelsea mobile app soon, after the programme relaunches. In the meantime, a list of some of our Official Supporters Clubs enrolled in the ticketing scheme are available here.

Chelsea FC Supporters Club

Stamford Bridge
Fulham Road
London

Mascots walk out with the team just before kick-off at every home game at Stamford Bridge. As part of the package you will:

  • Meet Stamford and Bridget and take pitchside photos with them

  • Watch the teams warm up from a prime pitchside position

  • Walk out the tunnel with the team and shake hands with the opposition before kick-off

  •

One lucky mascot will also be randomly selected to be the captain’s mascot. As the captain’s mascot, they will walk out with the team captain and take an official photo with the referees. The captain’s mascot will be notified of this before their chosen game.

We have 11 mascots at every home fixture at Stamford Bridge. We also send one mascot to every away fixture. Please note that we do not allocate mascots to Europa League or Champions League fixtures as this is managed separately by UEFA.

If you would like more information on our mascot programme for Chelsea FC Women’s team, please go to Visiting KingsmeadowPlease note current applications are closed.

You need to be between the ages of 6 and 12 and you need to wear the full replica home (or away) kit. The experience is accessible for all children, but if you require special assistance on the day please do let us know in advance.

Mascots are selected from the waitlist. Currently, applications for the men’s team are closed due to working though the backlog from the pandemic.

Details for new applications will be on this website at the end of the 2025/26 season. Applications for the women’s team are closed for approximately six to seven years.

At the start of every season, we will contact you via email to let you know which season your child is projected to be allocated. However, this is always subject to change based on the number of home fixtures Chelsea have in a season.

If your child is due to be a mascot in the upcoming season, we will be in touch approximately four to five weeks before the date of the game with confirmation of their chosen fixture.

We provide all mascots with two adult tickets and one child ticket for home games, or one adult ticket and one child ticket for the away fixture, as part of the package.

Any additional tickets need to be purchased via the usual portal on the Chelsea website. You must be a member and/or season ticket holder to purchase additional tickets. All mascots and parents are sat together in pre-allocated seating so there is no guarantee that additional purchased tickets will be sat with the rest of the group. You can contact the ticketing department on 0371 811 1905.

No, mascots won’t be able to have additional items signed on the day.
