Club Chelsea Ticket Terms & Conditions – 2025/2026 season
These Club Chelsea Ticket Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of Club Chelsea Tickets for Home Match Club Chelsea Packages by authorised ticket holders (“You”).
By applying for, purchasing or accepting issue of Club Chelsea Tickets, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted:
These Club Chelsea Ticket Terms & Conditions; and the Conditions of Issue which are available here (the “Conditions of Issue”) and the documents referred to in them.
The Conditions of Issue shall be incorporated into these Club Chelsea Ticket Terms & Conditions (together the “Terms and Conditions”). Unless otherwise set out in the Conditions of Issue, where there is a conflict between the Club Chelsea Ticket Terms & Conditions and the Conditions of Issue, the Conditions of Issue shall prevail. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised words and expressions used in these Club Chelsea Ticket Terms & Conditions shall have the same meanings as those used in the Conditions of Issue.
Definitions
In these Club Chelsea Ticket Terms & Conditions:
Club means Chelsea FC Holdings Limited;
Club Chelsea Match Ticket means a ticket for a Club Chelsea Package in respect of a specific Home Match at the Ground;
Club Chelsea Season Ticket means a Club ticket for a seasonal Club Chelsea Package;
Club Chelsea Ticket means a Club Chelsea Match Ticket or a Club Chelsea Season Ticket;
Fixture means the specific Match for which a Club Chelsea Ticket has been purchased and for which there is a scheduled date and time;
Ground means Stamford Bridge Stadium, Fulham Road, London SW6 1HS;
Club Chelsea Package means a designated seat for a specific Match in a designated Club Chelsea facility at the Ground; and
Any references to we, us or our(s) are references to the Club.
Payment for Club Chelsea Tickets
Payment for your Club Chelsea Ticket(s) will be taken in full immediately at the time of booking. Once payment has been successfully completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided, confirming your purchase and you will receive an digital ticket via the Official Chelsea App (Club Chelsea Tickets may in some cases be sent by email). We accept payment by bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Cancellation, Fixture changes and resale
All sales are final. Once payment for Club Chelsea Tickets has been received you are not entitled to an exchange or refund upon cancellation, except as set out in paragraphs 7 and 8 below.
The unauthorised sale of tickets is illegal under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. Club Chelsea Tickets are therefore not for resale or sublet by the purchaser for the receipt of payment, except with the express consent of the Club (including via Club Chelsea’s official Ticket Exchange), or where the resale or sublet is arranged for the purchaser by the Club. Any Club Chelsea Ticket obtained in breach of these provisions shall automatically be void and will result in the Club Chelsea Ticket holder being refused entry to or ejected from the Ground and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of the ticket, without compensation.
All Home Matches are organised and staged in accordance with the Football Regulations, applicable laws, Government guidance in force from time to time and approvals from the relevant local authority. No guarantee can be given by the Club that any Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date, that spectators will be permitted to enter the Ground for any Match in any particular numbers, that capacities may not be reduced after Match Tickets have been sold, or that any Match will take place at all. All information about times and dates of Matches is kept as up-to-date as possible, but should be taken as a guide only and the Club reserves the right (acting reasonably) to reschedule any Match at any time, without notice and, subject to the following paragraphs, without any liability whatsoever.
Subject to paragraph 7 below, in the event that a Fixture is postponed, cancelled or otherwise abandoned, please refer to the Conditions of Issue, specifically paragraph 7.
Should the kick off date/time of a Fixture change and:
the new kick off time is less than 48 hours earlier or later than the original kick off time (for example, the Match is moved from the Saturday at 3pm to the following Sunday or Monday at 12pm), in order to accommodate a live television broadcast or changes to the fixtures schedule, Club Chelsea Match Ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to (i) retain their booking for the rescheduled Match; or (ii) change their Club Chelsea Match Ticket to an alternative Home Match fixture (subject to availability) but will not be entitled to a refund.
the new kick off time is more than 48 hours before or after the original Fixture (for example, the Match is moved from a Saturday at 3pm to the following Tuesday at 8pm or the preceding Wednesday at 8pm) in order to accommodate a live television broadcast or changes to the fixtures schedule, Club Chelsea Match Ticket holders will be notified and offered the opportunity to (i) retain their booking; (ii) change their Club Chelsea Match Ticket to an alternative Home Match fixture (subject to availability); or (iii) claim a full refund for the Club Chelsea Match Tickets via the original payment method.
If you are applying for a refund in accordance with paragraph 7.b, above, you will have 48 hours from receipt of confirmation of the new kick-off time. The above paragraphs do not apply to holders of Club Chelsea Season Tickets, who shall only be entitled to attend the rescheduled match in the event of change to kick off date/time.
Save as set out above, holders of Club Chelsea Tickets are subject to the applicable provisions regarding changes to dates, refunds and exchanges as set out paragraph 8 of the Conditions of Issue.
The Club reserves the right to make changes to your Club Chelsea Package: (i) if a Match is scheduled for an earlier or later kick-off time; (ii) for health and safety reasons; or (iii) as a result of changes ordered by the local authority or new Government rules. The Club is not liable to reimburse any costs incurred, offer a discount or provide any refund as a result of any such time changes or changes to Club Chelsea Package as a result.
Use of your Club Chelsea Ticket
Your Club Chelsea Ticket entitles you to admission to the designated part of the Ground and one designated seat in the Ground for the Fixture or Fixtures and to use specified Club Chelsea facilities as set out in your Club Chelsea Package. Any ticket holders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
You must enter the Ground via the designated entry points. No re-entry will be permitted prior to, during or post Match. Entry is subject to the production of a valid Club Chelsea Ticket for the Fixture and a valid form of Government-issued ID. If you lose your Club Chelsea Ticket prior to reaching the Ground, please inform the Club Chelsea team immediately upon arrival.
All persons under the age of 16 will be required to attend the relevant area of the Ground with, and sit in the Ground next to, a person over 18 years of age.
Due to high demand, for large group bookings, the Club cannot guarantee that your party will all be seated together in the ground, although we will endeavour to do so where possible.
Alcohol will be served in accordance with the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985 (as amended), the Licensing Act 2003 and all other applicable local licensing laws. As such, there may be periods prior to, during or after a Match where the Club will be prohibited from serving alcohol. You will comply with all instructions given by Club personnel in relation to the consumption of alcohol. The Club may eject from the Ground and cancel the Club Chelsea Ticket of anyone found to be contravening the rules with regards to alcohol consumption.
You acknowledge that parking at the Ground is not available unless included within your package. Where parking is included, you further acknowledge that parking is restricted and subject to availability.
Dress code
In most Club Chelsea areas at the Ground we operate a smart casual dress code. The only exception to this is children under the age of 12. Smart jeans and trainers are permitted. Tracksuits, shorts, offensive t-shirts, away club colours and any football shirts are not permitted in our suites. Wearing such items may result in refusal of entry.
Westview, Captain’s Bar, Manager’s Bar, Canoville Suite, Champions’ Club and The Museum are exempt from the restriction on football shirts, however the other dress code restrictions listed above still apply. Football shirts are not permitted in the UTB Sports Lounge.
Your Club Chelsea Tickets are for a Club Chelsea facility and match seats situated in the home area of the Ground. You and your guests must refrain from wearing the club colours (including scarves) of the away team, or be seen to be openly supporting the away team. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry to the Ground or eject without compensation anyone who does not comply with these rules.
Other
All attendees at the Ground acknowledge that images (audio/visual/photographic) may be taken of them. Please refer to the Conditions of Issue and relevant Privacy Policies which set out in further detail how the Club uses such images and other personal data collected at the Ground.
The Club reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. If the Terms and Conditions are amended, a revised version shall be posted on the Club Chelsea website here and will replace the terms of the Terms and Conditions with immediate effect.
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Club in relation to the Club Chelsea Tickets and supersede any earlier agreement.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of English courts.
