All the information you need regarding your matchday experience with Club Chelsea.

 

Getting Here

 

When arriving at Stamford Bridge we recommend the use of public transport as parking in the area is extremely limited.

Please be aware that Fulham Road will close at least 90 minutes before kick-off and will not re-open until one hour after the match is finished.

 

Opening Times

With the exception of the packages listed below, hospitality suites open two-and-a-half hours prior to kick-off, or 5.30pm for evening matches.

 

- Under the Bridge (UTB) Sports Lounge: three hours

- Dugout Club: three hour

- Museum: five hours (mini tour available within the first hour). The Museum package will open at 3pm for evening matches and 9am for lunchtime kick-offs. Please check mini-tour timings for early kick-offs

- Blues Dining/Mears Suite/Copthorne Lounge: two-and-a-half hours, or 10.30am for lunchtime kick-offs

 

Where packages include a plated meal, we cannot guarantee service of a full three-course meal if you arrive later than an hour before kick-off. Starters will stop being served 45 minutes prior to kick-off.

 

In accordance with licensing laws, alcohol may only be served from 10am in all areas. Hospitality areas close one hour after the full-time whistle on 90 minutes. The areas do not stay open later if there is extra time played or a penalty shoot-out.

 

Dress Code

We operate a smart-casual dress code throughout the hospitality areas at Stamford Bridge*.

 

Smart trainers, smart jeans and tailored shorts are permitted, but we do not allow tracksuits, casual shorts or away colours.

 

It is the responsibility of the host to communicate this to all guests. Entry is at the discretion of Chelsea FC staff. If it is deemed that inappropriate attire is being worn, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

 

*The dress code does not apply to children under 12 years old or to guests in Westview, Captains’ Bar, Managers’ Bar, Museum, Canoville Suite, Champions’ Club or Frankie's, however away colours are not permitted in any Club Chelsea area.

 

Baggage Security

Please note that in the interests of safety there are no facilities to store bags at Stamford Bridge. Please ensure you do not bring luggage with you to the match and any belongings that you bring with you remain with you at all times.

 

This includes leaving bags unattended in the restaurant during the match. Unattended belongings may be removed by our security team. Please help us to keep everyone safe so that you can enjoy your experience here at Stamford Bridge. Bags that are over A4 (100 x 200 x 300mm) in size will not be permitted entry into the Stadium.

 

Re-admittance

Please note there is strictly no re-admittance into the stadium. Once your ticket has been scanned through the turnstile it cannot be scanned again.

 

Smoking/Electronic Cigarettes

It is against the law to smoke anywhere inside the stadium. In accordance with the no re-admittance policy above, if you exit the stadium to smoke you will not be able to re-enter the stadium. The use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted anywhere inside the stadium.

 

Away Fans

All hospitality facilities and match seats are deemed Chelsea home areas. Please ensure guests refrain from wearing away club colours (including scarves) and are not seen to be openly supporting the opposition. Failure to comply may result in guests being refused entry to the stadium or being ejected from the stadium without compensation.

 

Children

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children arriving without adult supervision will be refused entry without compensation.
